Final Show of the Year. Listen for an interesting Foreign Language Word of the Week, a blast-from-the-past Question of the Week and hear Luke as he gives a shout-out to deaf people. Download or stream to get The DL!
Our last show, although we did not know it at the time. There isn't an intro because we forgot to start recording so it jumps right in to our list of favorite male celebrities. Kelly Williams and Nicole Soiseth were our guests.
Our last show of the year. We talk about 21+ Dive Night, rising tuition, Iraq, and more. No guests, just Justin and Chad discussing the issues that matter. 8 issues. 64 minutes. One heck of a show.
Critics (Luke and I) agree: this week's show was pretty awesome. We had a follow-up interview with Student Senate Parliamentarian Scott Broady along with the usual high-quality content you expect. Stream or download to get The DL!
Foreign Language Word of the Week: Zhūmùlǎngmǎ Fēng (what the Chinese call Mount Everest). The Olympic torch reached the summit of Mt. Everest today. The 2008 Winter Olympics is being hosted by China and the games begin 8/8/08!
Silky Johnson's 21st, suction-cup chopper tranport, and smooooooth jazz...2 out of 3 this week. Listen, turn it up, then turn it down a bit when we yell, but then turn it back up, and enjoy!
Zach and Spence
We've had some pretty weird stuff happen during the two years we've done Zach and Spence in the morning--strange visitors, wonky technical stuff, equipment malfunctions--but all of that old stuff was topped this week. Two words: Relay Operator. Besides that, something was just...off...for this show. Which of course made it like 3443 times better than normal. Enjoy!
