Silky Johnson's 21st, suction-cup chopper tranport, and smooooooth jazz...2 out of 3 this week. Listen, turn it up, then turn it down a bit when we yell, but then turn it back up, and enjoy!
Zach and Spence
We've had some pretty weird stuff happen during the two years we've done Zach and Spence in the morning--strange visitors, wonky technical stuff, equipment malfunctions--but all of that old stuff was topped this week. Two words: Relay Operator. Besides that, something was just...off...for this show. Which of course made it like 3443 times better than normal. Enjoy!

Back in time on Aural Fixation, this episode comes to you from spring of 2006 (around this time of the year so it's at least a little timely), back when the show was called Blacklisted and was hosted by John Byrnes ('07). Enjoy the program, these don't come around very often.
Pete and Chris struggle with trying to take requests using just the station computer. Also stars special guest Captain Jack Sparrow
Another new podcast of Zach and Spence comin atcha! This was one of our favorite shows of the year, as we finally got to show off our new on-air phone call capabilities...and by the third or fouth call, we finally figured out how to use the thing! Some great President Search and All About Wood segments in this one, as Zach and Spence manned the booth guestlessly (unless the phone calls count) for the first time in what seems like years. Or year. Like, around a year. Enjoy!

Yesterday I posted the unedited interviews from the Building Bridges documentary project I worked on during spring break. The documentary, "Building Bridges 2008: How Will History Judge Us?" features Gustavus students Asitha Jayawardena, Jing Han Soh and Director of Multicultural Programs Virgil Jones as well as the keynote speaker Paul Rusesabagina and Dr. Waziyatawin Angela Wilson. The unedited audio from my interview with Asitha, Jing Han and Virgil are available and linked below.
